5 Things We've All Learnt In Lockdown ♡

The global lockdown was very difficult and challenging for some of us, some of us it was the perfect time to build bigger and stronger relationships with your family and/or partner. Now lockdown is easing, I think a relatable reflection of what we've learnt during lockdown.

1. We eat when there's nothing to do.
Now, I'm not sure whether this is a positive or a negative because I got really creative with my dinners and tried things I've never made or had but... I probably ate a serving size of 4. Also, the constant snacking on crisps and biscuits was waaaaay too tempting and nothing could stop me.

2. I Enjoy alone time.

I'm a person who normally doesn't like to sit alone in my room, I like to be sat with my family or friends, otherwise, my mind drifts off into another world and I somehow think the unthinkable will happen. However,  during lockdown, sometimes I had no choice but to be alone and I had to learn to enjoy it. I bought myself a Law of Attraction planner where I could not just plan my 'week' but reflect on how my days been, right things down, draw things and I found it really helped. I might do a future blog post of the Law of Attraction planner as I found it really fun to spend doing for 10 minutes of my day.

3. I'm no good at quizzes.

I must have done about 20 quizzes during lockdown and I don't think I won once. Let's just say, my general knowledge isn't the best and never will be.

4. Exercise is so important.

Something I always thought I knew but never actually understood how much until lockdown. I personally, go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week, so no gym and only an hours exercise a day was tough. However, my daily walks and that hour was the hour I looked forward to the most every single day.

5. Amazon prime is an addiction.

Okay, so a possible 'Top buys on Amazon' could be another blog post idea because I definitely bought a list full during lockdown. From weird gadgets to books, to things for the garden and things for my cat... everything!

Bye! xx
